Job duties:
• Plan, direct, coordinate, collaborate all activities on behalf of the CEO.
• Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making.
• Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently, and keep track of progress until resolved.
• Build and maintain relationships across all departments / functions in order to influence outcomes; strengthen leadership teamwork and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to organization's success.
• Following up on the project schedule.
• Preparing periodic reports for all projects.
Requirements:
• A lady, representable, will be the image of the company..
• Fluent Arabic, English speaker.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position.
• Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
Job duties:
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
Requirements:
• Work experience minimum 3-5 as an Accountant
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
