Senior Account Manager
Job Description:
- The intermediary between creative and account teams.
- Stay on top of current trends to keep clients content competitive and relevant.
- Creating monthly content plans
- Develop relevant content to each clients target audience and goals
- Develop and execute strategies for clients
- Dealing with clients and providing conflict resolution services.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, preferably marketing or mass communication
- 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective team management capabilities
Customer Service Specialist
Job Description : -
- Handle all incoming/outgoing calls of the call center.
- Provide follow up, occasional campaigns and call backs blended with normal inbound calls.
- Achieve the requested staffed time on a daily basis to minimize lost call rate.
- Escalate problems, report suspected fraud and provides relevant feedback to the right channels.
- Respect and apply company vision, mission and values.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
- Entering and updating clients details into the database.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Pervious call center experience minimum 1 year experience.
- English level : Excellent - Very Good.
- Location : Zahraa El Maadi.
- Paid training from the first day.
- Fixable working shift 8 hours + 1 hr break.
- 2 days off rotational & rotational holidays.
- Last shift ended at 12:00 am for Male & 7:00 pm for Female.
